1. The service
RideHorn is an app for motorcyclists to find each other, ride together, plan routes and run club business. Using it means you accept these terms.
2. Age
You may not use this app if you are under 18.
3. ⚠️ Safety — the clause that matters
RideHorn assists a ride. It does not do the riding.
- The road is your responsibility. No direction, warning or spoken cue from this app replaces traffic law, road signs, or what is actually in front of you. Do not operate the phone while riding.
- SOS is not an emergency service. It fails without signal, without a GPS fix, with a broken handset or a flat battery. In a life-threatening situation call your local emergency number (112 across Turkey and most of Europe). The app’s SOS sits on top of that, never in place of it.
- Distance, duration, fuel, tolls and weather are estimates. The source and its date are printed on screen; check before you set off.
- A published route being in the catalogue does not mean the road is open, safe or suitable for your motorcycle today. Routes are written by other riders.
- A stolen-bike alert is a call for solidarity, never a call to intervene. Do not approach; call the police.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for the security of your account. Do not let anyone else use it.
5. Content and conduct
Photos, video and text you upload remain yours, and you confirm you have the right to publish them. The following are prohibited:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or exposing someone’s location or identity without their consent.
- Illegal content, fraud, fake listings, selling stolen goods.
- Claiming another person’s name, club or colours.
- Racing, organising races, or encouraging traffic offences.
Every piece of content can be reported and every user can be blocked. We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend the account behind it.
6. Clubs and payments
Dues, votes and rank records are a club’s own internal business; the app only keeps the record. Dues are not collected through the app. In the marketplace, buying and selling is directly between buyer and seller — we are not a party to it and give no warranty.
7. Availability
The app is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or withdraw features.
8. Liability
To the extent the applicable law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app. This does not cover gross negligence or intent.
9. Termination
You can delete your account from the app at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
10. Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply.
